The customer has the right to notify the provider, in the 14 days after his purchase, that he wishes to withdraw from the contract, without having to state a reason for the withdrawal. The customer is required to inform the provider about the cancellation and the intention to return the product within 14 days of receiving the product, via email: info@quicksleeve.com.

If the customer had already received the goods and he wishes to cancel the contract, he is obliged to return the product immediately in no more than 30 days after the notification of the withdrawal. The returned goods have to include a copy of the original receipt and a completed withdrawal form, which you can download and fill out here.

WITHDRAWAL FORM

In the event of a contract cancellation, the provider is required to refund all of the received payments that were charged to the customer at the completion of the contract (order submission) in no more than 30 days. The provider returns the payments to the user’s account number, which is provided in the withdrawal form. The product, you wish to return, has to be:

– Unused, unworn, clean, undamaged, with the labels still attached and in its original packaging,
– Products that are sold in their original packaging, have to be returned in their original containers with the original labels,
– The products must be returned in their own boxes, where the box cannot be written on, stapled with post stamps or taped, but has to be protected using appropriate packaging,
– If you had already used the product, the contract withdrawal and product refund are no longer possible,
– When buying clothes, underwear or swimwear; check the appropriate size by fitting the products over other clothes, not on bare skin and make sure there are no traces of make up or powder.

The only cost to the customer, regarding the contract withdrawal, is the direct cost of returning the goods (the buyer covers the costs of returning the products). The customer has to return the product undamaged and unused.

The package has to include: undamaged/unworn product with its original packaging, a copy of the original receipt and a filled-out WITHDRAWAL FORM. Follow the recommendations listed above.

We recommend that you send the package as a “registered package”, so that it can be traced if misplaced.
